Not that much really.
If all you have is the date, you can get in touch to see if it's available. Securing the date early allows you to move forward with confidence. Some dates are more popular than others and can get booked several years in advance. We hate to disappoint, but we can't guarantee our availability until the initial booking.
Obviously the more information you can give us the more we can tailor your proposal to your needs. A great start would be:
Date
Location
Number of day guests
Number of evening guests
Any definite 'have to haves', such as - clear roofs, rustic furniture, custom dancefloors

Is My Location Suitable For A Marquee?
Our marquees are very versatile, and are suitable for most locations. However here are some things to bear in mind when choosing your location.
The size of the area
The space has to be large enough to accommodate the marquee, but you may also want to think about leaving enough room for guests to be able to go outside and enjoy the venue. This includes space for guests to park cars, room for toilets and power management. There should be enough space for the additional services such as caterers, bar and band to be able to set up and do their job.
Surface of the site
Our marquees can be placed on most types of surface, from grass, to patio, to concrete. Condition of the ground however could be a deciding factor in the type of flooring suitable in that location.
How level is it
The flatter and more level the site is, the better. We can offer different flooring options to accommodate gradients in the ground, but the more work that needs to be done - the more expensive the marquee could potentially become. Try to find a flat and level site, or at least have the area that the marquee will be erected on to be as flat as it can be.
Are there any restrictions
Check with the landowner to make sure you have full access to all the spaces you require, as well as check for any services that may restrict the marquee from being placed there. Overhead electrical cables, or gas and water mains under the ground can prevent the marquee from being erected on certain sites.
Wedding Marquee Prices
One of the most common and crucial questions in wedding planning revolves around budgeting for a marquee. Providing a fixed price is challenging as each wedding marquee is unique, varying in size, shape, finish, and travel distance.
Although we have outlined the factors that influence wedding marquee costs in a previous blog post, we understand that some people need quick estimates. Therefore, we have created a user-friendly price estimator that can provide you with an initial cost approximation. This estimator is based on the number of guests attending your wedding during both the day and evening.

What Can I Do With The Marquee?
This is why marquees are perfect as wedding venues. With the endless variations in layout, and features, the venue can be tailored to your needs.
Due to the modular design of our marquees, multiple marquees can be joined together to create different areas within the venue.
Perhaps you'd like a separate reception and dining area, or a lounge bar away from the dancefloor, a covered bathroom area inside the marquee, covered porch, or a second outside bar. Maybe a fully clear roof, a starlit area for the dancefloor, or one of many lining options.
